This website is operated by 1961 Digital TransformX Technology, 1961 Group, Nadd Al Hamar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). We decide how the personal data described here is used, and we are responsible for it under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

When you send us an enquiry through a form on this site:

• Your name, and your company if you give it.
• Your phone number and/or email address.
• Your message, if you write one.
• The language of the page you sent it from, so we reply in the same language.

• Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs of requests to the site — such as IP address, browser type and the page requested — to run and protect the service.
• If an enquiry cannot be passed to our customer records system, its contents are written to these server logs so that it is not lost and can be entered by hand.
• To filter out automated spam, the forms measure how long they were open and include a field that people cannot see. Neither is stored.

• This site sets no cookies.
• It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and no social-media pixels.
• Its fonts and images are served from this site itself, so opening a page sends nothing to any other company.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data.

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange the call or consultation you asked for.
• To keep a record of our conversation with you, and of any work that follows from it.
• To follow up about our services in connection with your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time, and we will.

We process this information because you asked us to contact you — to take the steps you requested before any agreement between us — and on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting what was done before.

We use a small number of service providers, who may process your data only on our instructions:

• GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) — our customer records system, where enquiries from this site are stored.
• Vercel, Inc. — which hosts this website and keeps the technical logs described above.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp. That conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

These providers operate servers outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States, so your data may be stored and processed there. We use providers that apply recognised security safeguards, and we transfer only what is needed to answer your enquiry.

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and to manage any business relationship that follows, and for any longer period the law requires us to keep records. After that it is deleted or anonymised. Hosting logs are kept only for the short period set by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond, and the credentials that connect the site to our records system are kept on the server and never sent to your browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Under UAE data protection law you may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your data.
• Restrict or stop using your data, including for follow-up about our services.
• Transfer your data to you or to another organisation, where applicable.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp take you to services run by other companies under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle your data.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
