An independent technology and governance firm. We are hired when the systems are already in place and the numbers still cannot be trusted.
1961 Digital TransformX Technology exists for a narrow reason. Most companies do not fail at buying software; they fail at governing it. A platform gets installed, a consultant leaves, and within two years nobody can say who owns the definition of a stock figure or a margin. We are the firm that comes in afterwards, names the owner of every number, and builds the discipline that keeps it true.
We work as an independent adviser rather than a reseller. That distinction is commercial, not cosmetic: it means our recommendation can be to keep what you have, to consolidate onto something smaller, or to hire nobody at all. Where we do stand to be paid for implementation work, we put it in writing before you decide.
Our work is delivered in Arabic and English, to teams that include people who have never used a system before and people who will resist one on principle. Both are normal, and both are planned for.
How we got here
The firm grew out of implementation work, not consulting theory. Every stage below was a response to something that went wrong on a real project.
Founded
Started as an implementation practice serving manufacturing and contracting clients in the region.
Governance becomes the core offer
After repeatedly being called back to systems that worked but were not trusted, the practice reorganised around governance rather than deployment.
Regional expansion
Delivery capability extended across the GCC, with bilingual documentation and training as a standard part of every engagement.
Today
A specialist team delivering ERP, governance, automation and AI assurance to clients whose processes are physical and whose margins are thin.
What we hold to
Say the uncomfortable thing early
A problem named in week one is a decision. The same problem named at go-live is a dispute.
Independence is enforced, not claimed
Any commercial interest we hold in a recommendation is disclosed in writing before you act on it.
Nothing is done until it is verified
We do not report a system as working because it installed. We report it as working because it was tested against the numbers it is supposed to produce.
Hand over the keys
Documentation, source and training are part of delivery. A client who cannot leave us is a client we have failed.
